creatine side effects teenagers

Suppliments?

I’m a teenager who trains to wrestle, I’m very busy with work & training so cant train 24/7 at a gym, Im looking in to something so I can bulk up to be taken seriously when wrestling. I dont know much about suppliments, I dont want to take steriods or anything.
Just wondering if creatine or protien shakes would be good, and what are the possible side effects, as I dont want it to backfire on me later in my career.
Its professional wrestling.
When you consider that was my first post Im hardly wasting all my time on here. whenever im on the computer I come off regularly for press ups, sit ups & burpees.

Hi

You dont say how old you are, I should consult a personal trainer or even better a wrestling coach. You should not train 24/7, at most 4/5 times a week, for an hour or so.

Start with a strength training program compound exercises such as squats, bench press, deadlifts, military press, cv training should be HIIT as this will complement what you do in the ring, bursts of intensity, as for shakes they certainly have a place when training hard, as the extra protien is used for muscle repair and growth.

Anyway like I said get a coach or trainer.
