The subject of the essay I throw for a loop … I'm totally lost … HELP NEEDED ASAP?
In an effort to reduce collisions Young adult car in North Carolina has passed some laws in recent years to help save more young lives. A particular law, which came into force in 2007 is not using a cell phone while driving to any person aged under 18, except an emergency or they speak with a parent. This law has seen some turn to higher accident involving a driver being distracted because they are SMS. Giving an overview on how we can solve some of these laws seem inapplicable and how we can begin to help teens understand that driving is not a right but a privilege and that bad choices behind the wheel can have very serious and deadly consequences. I'm confused … How can I start this .. where can I start?
