Why do women / young people have their period?
Each month, one of your ovaries expels an ovum (egg) in the hope that it derives down, find some sperm and become fertilized. If the egg is fertilized, it cruises down into the uterus and tries to find a nice, comfortable, welcoming place to be given to the uterus walls. The walls of the uterus at this stage, Nice and thick with uterine lining. However, if the egg is not fertilized, or it does not find a comfortable place in the uterus, the egg continues, and after about 14 days (may be different lengths of time depending on the cycle of women), uterus thinks to herself: "Oh, okay … Well, I'll start preparing for next month! "The uterus contracts and begins to shed the lining it lovingly prepared to start, and the bleeding woman. Once the lining is shed, it begins with a thickening of the process again and again. Meaning?
