When Should Tell You a Secret?
Remember, as a small child, when you best friend told you a secret? You had to "cross your heart, and hope to die, "to prove your loyalty and dedication. As a teenager, you life was full of" not knowing " especially your parents. Today, however, you're all grown up, and there certainly are times when you must tell a secret, especially if it has effect positive change lives forever.
Of course, as adults, we know there are times when secrecy must be said, if the safety of a person and well-being is in balance. We need to tell someone who has the authority or expertise to provide the necessary assistance, or counseling, to prevent any harm. Instead, if a friend shares a trust simply because they need a little moral support, we are obliged to keep silent.
